About LCLS

LCLS is an international award winning artist collective. It stands for "Lots of Cream, Lots of Sugar", that's exactly the way we like our Art and CoffeeWe are a select bunch of ultra contemporary artists with a big appetite for creativity, innovation and design. As a collective we develop art and support new talents on their art development. We aim to give new perspectives and artworks that haven't been seen before. On the commercial front we have worked with iconic talents like Paul McCartney, Ewan McGregor, Sylvester Stallone, A$AP Rocky, Tilda Swinton, CoppolaSigur Ros, Robyn, Steve Rachmad, Pete Tong and Paul Oakenfold and won over 68x Awards on Creativity. This gave us the ability to start LCLS. View a video message from our founder here.

"We want to create a place where bold creativity is nurtured and can move freely without any limitations. A creative playground for the next generation innovative artists to explore their wildest ideas and get the support and backing to produce unique and unusual artworks. A platform for art lovers where they can connect with new talents, acquire art and discuss project collaborations. - LCLS Founder SÜNDERMANN"

The Market Place
LCLS is a pre-marketplace where you can view, support and acquire new works by global emerging talent before they enter the general gallery market and online sales platforms like Saatchi, Artsy, Singulart, Artnet, Artspace and Fine Art America. Generally it takes 6-8 months for us to prep for our partner platforms (who we love as well), so you are 6-8 months a head. This platform is personally handled by the Artists.

Our thoughts on AI.
History proofs that it takes time to get used to new technology. At LCLS we fully embrace creative innovation and the use of tools like Midjourney and DaliWe encourage to study it, use it for brainstorm sessions, creative explorations and to develop work. Not all of our artists use it, for example, Joe Finch uses more traditional techniques and Noah Valentyn mixes his own photography with tools like Midjourney, Lightroom and Photoshop. Everybody has his or her own method of work. Similar to oil paint or the keys on the piano, people can use it to copy other artists or use it to create your own original ideas. We are supportive of using AI as long as it empowers your self- expression and creativity. The artists at LCLS are carefully selected and don't just play around with AI, they are all Masters of Craft at it. Be like Yoda.

Our thoughts on Art.
Art has sparked debate for centuries, we like to say "everyone’s right". Whether it’s a banana taped to a wall or Van Gogh’s sunflowers, each is a unique artistic expression. At LCLS, we create art to grace your soul, walls and designs to enhance your spaces, empowering your interior decor. Great art can transform any space, much like fabulous fashion can transform an individual. We believe a well-designed couch, an artful bouquet of flowers, or an original wallpaper design are as crucial as traditional art. These elements provide visual stimuli that invite you to explore your inner world. When done well, they can be almost ethereal. We believe art and design infuse spaces and architecture with identity and a creative soul.
Our mission is for our art to inhabit your spaces and elevate your spirit. Another creative medium with a similar ability to move you is music. So, what is Art to us? We see Art as “Visual Music.” If that’s the case, The Beatles are like oil painters, meticulously recording every note, while David Guetta crafts digital masterpieces that makes crowds lift their feet all around the world, blending technology and sampling. We cherish both styles. So yes, by that analogy I guess that makes the next generation of AI artists DJ's of electronic visual arts.

Our thoughts on how AI is changing the landscape of Visual Arts.
The beauty of being a painter lies in it's traditional tools: you need oil, pigment and a canvas for imagination. Want an elephant? You paint an elephant. Craft and creativity defines the quality of the workFor filmmakers and photographers, it works differently. They need production and get a real elephant, complete with permits, shipping, and an animal wrangler, not to mention the production team, gear, planning, and budget that goes into every frame we shoot. The amazing thing with AI is that we, as directors and photographers can now work as painters with our ideas. Unbound by logistical and financial constraints that block creativity. Our visions can come to life in freedom. That is in our view the key essence why we are excited about AI as innovation. We love and respect our precursors like Gregory Crewdson and Annie Leibowitz who are working the traditional method. But we have shifted to both. This era will bring forth a whole new generation of highly creative artists that can be limitless in their creativity. You can find us in the cockpit of innovation, experimenting and using new techniques that pushes the visual arts forwards.

“ In filmmaking we have used digital art for many years. Your favourite movies are made with it. Now with innovative creative tools like AI we can use this technology to create original art. It’s exciting territory and like Christopher Columbus we are exploring a new creative world. The future will be extraordinary for the arts and people should see what is really happening. “ -  SÜNDERMANN

Our vision on the future of Art.
Reflecting on the history and evolution of art can be misleading if we get too anchored in the past. Art has been a part of human expression for over 64,000 years, and it will continue to evolve for thousands more. While we can’t predict the future, we know that art will keep transforming and morphing into something unexplored. We deeply respect classical art training, believing that mastery in traditional techniques fuels innovation and non-conformity. Every great artist, invention, or technology has contributed something new to the artistic landscape, which keeps art perpetually interesting. Art is like an endlessly blooming flower. Elizabeth Gilbert, an insightful writer, has an intriguing perspective on what art & creativity is. We think she’s spot on. At LCLS, we embrace the evolving nature of art and are excited to be part of its ongoing journey.
